My name is Steve Haywood. I am a Doctoral graduate student studying Instructional Design Program at South College. Here, I will discuss Instructional Design Topics relevant to the Education fields with an emphasis on Adult Learners, Adult Learning, and Andragogy Principles.

By trade, I am a UX Designer, Website Designer, Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, and Educator with over 18 years of experience as a small business owner. I've spent the past 5 years blending creative problem-solving with practical strategy to craft engaging courses, intuitive digital experiences, and effective learning solutions. I enjoy teaching and mentoring, collaborating with teams who also share my passion, and always striving to make education and design both accessible and enjoyable.
